2021 Annual Downtown Toledo Update

The board of directors from both ConnecToledo Downtown Development Corporation and the Downtown Toledo Improvement District hosted the Annual Downtown Toledo Update. Attendees learned about recently completed projects along with 2022 anticipated activities.


Paul Toth, president of ConnecToledo facilitated the conversation on the organization’s initiatives along with key property owners and stakeholders, including:

  • Kevin Prater, Prater Development
  • Julia Randles, Crane Development
  • Tina Skeldon Wozniak, Lucas County Commissioner
  • Andrew Newby, Toledo Spirits Company
  • Scott Carpenter, Metroparks Toledo
  • Brandon Selhorst, City of Toledo
