ConnecToledo to launch Downtown Toledo Retail Incubator

ConnecToledo Downtown Toledo Development Corporation is opening the Downtown Toledo Retail Incubator. The retail store will allow local artists and makers to sell their products in a physical storefront in downtown. The store is located at 300 Madison Ave, on the Summit Street side of the building, next to Starbucks and KeyBank.

Brew House is set to open Downtown Toledo location at Fort Industry Square

Brew House is a coffee shop that also serves up homemade cheesecakes. The coffee shop’s downtown Toledo location will be located at Fort Industry Square. This will be the second location for owners Erin and Nathan Warren. Their first location opened in Uptown Maumee in 2019.

Glass City Center Renovations Bring First Class Meeting Facilities

A new name and a new façade! In 2019, the Lucas County Commissioners announced plans to renovate and expand the Seagate Convention Centre. Along with the plans to change the look of the convention center, the name was changed too. The $70 million renovation and expansion of the newly renamed Glass City Center has brightened the block and brought a whole new look to the area.

2022 Downtown Toledo Annual Update

The board of directors from both ConnecToledo Downtown Development Corporation and the Downtown Toledo Improvement District hosted the Annual Downtown Toledo Update at the Glass City Center on Wednesday, November 9. Attendees learned about recently completed projects along with 2023 anticipated activities.
