The board of directors from both ConnecToledo Downtown Development Corporation and the Downtown Toledo Improvement District hosted the Annual Downtown Toledo Update. Attendees learned about recently completed projects along with 2022 anticipated activities.

Join us for the Downtown Annual Update on Tuesday, November 16, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the McMaster Center at the Main Library. Hear about the Four Corners, Pythian Castle, Glass City Riverwalk and Fort Industry Square from their developers, in addition to many other projects.
Northwestern Mutual opens at Fort Industry
There’s a new business in the neighborhood! Northwestern Mutual is the first tenant to move into Fort Industry Square. This move welcomes 25 financial representatives and advisors, 25 support staff members and 30 local interns to downtown Toledo.
